Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and printed within 1–2 business days.

  • Peak Periods: During holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly.

  • You will receive an email confirmation after purchase and once your order has been sent from production with a tracking number for your shipment. 

 


2. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Domestic (within [Your Country]): 3–10 business days after dispatch.

    • International: 7–30 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, customs clearance, and unforeseen courier delays.

 


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

 


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.


Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. Mind that during peak periods this might take some more time - but rest assured we will share as soon as possible. 

 


5. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Delulu Johansen is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer,

  • Courier or postal service disruptions, or

  • Customs clearance delays.

If your package appears lost, please contact us at hey@delulugroup.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.


6. Returns & Replacements

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing - if unsure of sizing please contact us on e-mail below or check size guides provided on the product page. 


However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hey@delulugroup.com for a replacement or refund.
